What is IAHGames Passport?
The IAHGames Passport is your user identifier to use all services brought to you by IAHGames. When you are logged on with your IAHGames Passport, you will be able to top-up your game values, change your password and provide feedback regarding all IAHGames products. Certain functions within the IAHGames portal requires your Email Address to be verified (for example, password changes)
 

What is "Unified Login"?
If you have already login to the IAHGames portal, the "Unified Login" function will automatically help you to login to IAHGames' other official game sites when you visit them.

How do I verify my Email Address?
The system will send a verification note to your Email Address. Upon receiving, just click on the link in the email to verify your Email Address. A "Success" page will be displayed once the system successfully verifies your Email Address.

Note: If you failed to receive the confirmation email, you may re-enter the Email Address via "Account Management > Modify Email Account" to trigger a re-send of the confirmation email.
 

How do I modify the verified Email Address?
The system will send the first confirmation letter to your former Email Address. When you receive the mail, please click on the link in the letter to fill in the new Email Address. The system will send the second confirmation letter to your new Email Address. When you receive the second mail, please click on the link in the letter to verify the new Email Address. A "Success" page will be displayed once the system successfully verifies your Email Address.
 

How do I retrieve password with Email Address?
The system will require you to fill in the Account ID. Shortly after, a verification note will be sent to your Email Address after the submission of the account. When you receive the email, please click on the link in the email to modify your password. Once the modification is successful, please login with the new password.
 

What is Identification Number?
Identification number is used as part of the verification process when contacting Customer Services for assistance.
  1. For Singaporean, please fill in your NRIC.
  2. For Malaysian, please fill in your Malaysian IC Number.
  3. For Filipino, please fill in you SSS Identification Card Number (SS ID)
  4. For student, you may fill in your student ID (issued by school or education institution).
  5. If you do not have any of the above documents, you may fill in your passport number, social security number, photo driver's license or any form of photo ID card issued by a governmental agency.
