	What is IAHGames iWallet?
	iWallet is our brand-new 'universal currency' system. With it, you can top up your in-game currency for any game operated by IAHGames. All you need is an IAHGames Passport Account.

	How do I access iWallet?

	What are iCredits?
	iCredits is the exclusive currency in our iWallet system. You can convert iCredits into in-game currency for any IAHGames title. Every iCredit converts to a different in-game value, depending on the game. Any iCredits left can still be stored in your iWallet account for future use.

	Can I top up iCredits online?
	You can top up when logged in to IAHGames Passport. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and eNETS. More methods will be introduced in the future.

	How do I use iCash cards to get iCredits? (Singapore only)
	When you purchase an IAHGames iCash card, you get a set of codes to be entered into your Passport account, which give you a specific amount of iCredits for your iWallet system. (Here is the conversion table) iCash cards are available at 7-eleven outlets and major game retailers.

	How do I convert iCredits to currency for the game I'm playing?
	From the main iWallet webpage (Home), click on Buy Game Credits, select your game title, select 'iWallet' , input amount to buy, and confirm your purchase.

How much in-game currency will I get for every iCredit?

	Can I use existing Game Value Cards (GVC) to top up for my game?
	Yes! Existing GVCs can still be used.

	Can I transfer iCredits or buy them as a gift for my friend?
	These features are under consideration. Look out for future developments!

How do I track my purchase history?

First you need to be logged in to iWallet.

To track your iCredits purchase history, click the 'Top up iWallet' tab, then select 'Top up iWallet History'.

To track game currency transfer history, click on the 'Buy Game Credits' tab, then select 'Buy Game Credits History'.

	What are the reimbursement policies for iCredits?
	All iCredits are considered used once you top up your game with them. There will be no reimbursements or refunds.

	I have problems using iWallet. How do I get help?
